TITAN PRODUCTS

Our products include shell and tube heat exchangers, vessels, columns, reactors, piping and custom fabrications such as ejectors and dip tubes. Our physical capabilities are around 14 feet diameter, 160 feet long and 200 tons. Pressure and temperature designs can range up to 3000 PSIG and 1200º F. Materials of construction include: Titanium, Tantalum, Zirconium, Hastelloy^®, Duplex and Super Duplex, High Nickel Alloys and the Stainless Steels.

We have experience with most major pressure equipment design codes such as ASME, PED/CE, AD2000 and the Chinese CSEI. Our software licenses include HTRI and Aspen Tech for heat transfer design and PV Elite, CodeCalc, AutoCad and Solidworks for mechanical design.
