Our physical capabilities are approximately 20 feet diameter, 300 feet long and 200 tons. Pressure and temperature designs can range up to 2500 PSIG and 1200º F. Materials of construction include: Titanium, Tantalum, Zirconium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Duplex and Super Duplex, High Nickel Alloys and the Stainless Steels. We have experience with most major pressure equipment design codes such as ASME, PED/CE, AD2000 and the Chinese CSEI. Our software licenses include HTRI, Aspen Exchanger Design and Rating (EDR), Coade’s PV Elite, and CodeCalc, AutoCad and Solidworks for mechanical design.
